Laughter helps people to be more effective, more productive, more creative, and better communicators.
What We Do - Laughter Activities
Sessions are based on games and discussions which encourage laughing and self awareness. Activities are chosen from a kit bag of options to construct the right balance for any event.
Our facilitation style is to encourage and invite people to join in. People are made to feel part of the group. We never laugh at each other, just with each other.
This joyful laughter creates a sense of wellbeing and relaxation, is gentle exercise, and a shared experience that leaves a good memory.
Explore the meaning of laughter, it’s importance for good health, and new ways to manage stress.
Laughter sessions cultivate a sense of playfulness and fun, and can be directed towards team building, confidence building, communication and problem solving, making choices, managing change, and finding new ways to interact with laughter.

Workouts and Laughter Clubs
Come together for a chuckle and some gentle exercise. Laughing helps us rebalance ourselves. It helps us to be healthier and relaxed by decreasing stress hormones, increasing antibodies to fight infections, lowering resting blood pressure, releasing endorphins which give us the “feel good factor”, and improving respiration and circulation.
