Born from a shared love of wellbeing\, movement\, music\, mindful workshops\, crafting\, wild swimming\, laughter and authentic community\, Youphoria is a space where everyone — families\, friends and curious souls — can come as they are and be held by the forest-edged magic of Fell Foot. \nOver the weekend you can dive into creative workshops\, dance under the trees\, share stories around the fire\, explore mindful movement\, and simply be present with others in nature’s embrace.
